Question: Do you do one-way trips?
If we provide one-way service we will need to charge you for our own return fare. The rate for this is the cab fare plus the hourly driving time, with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Deposits are mandatory.
Question: Which car rental companies do you work with in Napa Valley for additional drivers and insurance?
We only work with 5 companies in the Napa Valley. They are Hertz, Enterprise, Budget, and Avis. You have to provide insurance on your rental vehicle for us to drive. We do not provide insurance for your rental vehicle. We have our own insurance to drive your rental car. You are in first position no matter what. But in any event if a problem arises we give you and other party our insurance info. We meet both requirements in the state of California. 1. We have a legal Drivers License. 2. We have the required commercial insurance. We can sign on as an additional driver. But! We charge to go to sign on if not one of the above rental companies that are in Napa. Call for the two easiest rental car companies to get this done.
Question: Can you do an open-ended itinerary?
I am sorry we do not work with open-ended Itineraries. We do require an itinerary because the traffic and road crews are always a concern in Napa & Sonoma Counties. We prefer to have the itinerary at least 24 hours in advance so we can check the roads before we start. You will appreciate not sitting in the backseat of your car wasting your vacation while we wait for the flagman or pilot car. But we cannot guarantee that surprises will not happen.
Question: How can I pay?
The final invoice can be paid by Cash, or Credit Card. If you pay by credit card 3% will be added as a service charge. At the end of the Wine Tasting Tour we can use the Square or Paypal card reader for Credit Card processing.
Do You Have Insurance?
Yes. We have our own commercial insurance and we have the required Transportation License TCP 31148 B to drive Rental Cars. Do not hire any company that does not have a TCP license. I highly suggest that everyone buys their own insurance for the rental car. Our license & insurance.
Question: Is Gratuity included?
